Prayers & meditations dedicated to World Peace. Feel empowered to change yourself and change the world with the Buddhist practice of loving kindness. These session include a short teaching, beautiful prayers and time to focus on solutions to problems in daily life, including genuine optimism and increased happiness.




Solve daily problems, develop peace of mind, improve your health and find meaning & purpose in life. Classes include guided meditations and explanation of how to meditate and practise in daily life. They are run on a drop-in basis so you can join at any stage.
