Weekly Buddhist Meditation Classes
The meditation classes at in Otley teach you how to gain an experience of inner peace through meditation. They are a great way to learn to meditate, to improve your meditation practice, or to learn new meditation techniques. Through meditation we can learn to relax, let go of our daily concerns and develop a fresh and positive outlook.
The classes include guided meditations and a talk explaining how to practice and apply meditation. They are self contained, so you can attend individual classes. Please see below for full details.

This class is taught by Gen Kelsang Päljin, a Buddhist monk with over 24 years’ experience of practising and teaching Kadampa Buddhism. Gen Päljin is the Resident Teacher of Buddha Land Kadampa Meditation Centre, Keighley.
