General Programme Buddhist Meditation Classes
The meditation classes at in Otley teach you how to gain an experience of inner peace through meditation. They are a great way to learn to meditate, to improve your meditation practice, or to learn new meditation techniques. Through meditation we can learn to relax, let go of our daily concerns and develop a fresh and positive outlook.
The classes include guided meditations and a talk explaining how to practice and apply meditation. They are self contained, so you can attend individual classes. Please see below for full details.
Everyone is welcome.

CORONAVIRUS UPDATE
Face to face classes have been temporarily suspended at Otley, we do intend to run them again at our regular venues when the coronavirus emergency is over. However, we do still wish to be able to deliver Buddhist teachings on how to maintain inner peace, compassion and clarity of mind during these very difficult times.
We have taken the decision that our classes will now, temporarily, take place online. We intend to run the same classes at the same times and show them live online, with some live interaction possible with the teachers. Those wishing to be involved do need to book, via the link below, so that the connections can be set up. The cost per class will be the same as for the face to face classes.
