Meditation is a powerful technique for developing a peaceful mind, and for strengthening our good qualities, such as loving kindness, compassion, and wisdom.
Our Meditation Workshops are structured in two parts, with a short break between. The emphasis in these workshops is less on the development of Buddhist knowledge, and more on practising meditation together so that we are able to draw on the experience in our daily life to help us maintain a calm, clear outlook.
Each part of the wokshop includes an initial relaxation exercise, a clear explanation of the topic, and the opportunity to ask questions and discuss the topic, as well as the guided meditation.
These workshops are an ideal way to relax and re-energise, and are perfect for those who are new to meditation, or those who want to improve their meditation prowess.
