Weekly Buddhist Meditation Classes
The evening meditation classes in Dales town of Settle teach you how to gain an experience of inner peace though meditation. They are a great way to learn to meditate, to improve your meditation practice, or to learn new meditation techniques. Through meditation we can learn to relax, let go of our daily concerns and develop a fresh and positive outlook.
Each class is 1.5 hours in length and includes guided meditations as well as explanations of how to practice and apply meditation. These classes are self contained so you can try out a class at any point attending anywhere from a single class to every week as best suits yourself.
The meditation class in Settle are taught a students of the Teacher Training Programme & Foundation Programmes of Buddha Land Buddhist Centre, Keighley.

Monday Evenings 7.30 - 9.00pm
In-person classes have been temporarily suspended in Settle due to the Coronavirus pandemic. We intend to resume them at our regular venues as soon as we area able. In the meantime classes are accessible online, and at our Keighley and Burnley Centres.

By Rail: Settle Railway Station is 5min walk from the Meeting House.
By Car: Parking is available in the Ashfield Car Park behind the Meeting House.
