Classes for Children and Teenagers
Drop-in Meditation Classes
The teachings of Buddha and learning to meditate are ideal for children and teens to help them let go of their daily worries and concerns and to have a peaceful and relaxed mind and develop a positive outlook.
Many children and young people have busy and distracted minds, and they struggle with anxiety, worries and lack of confidence.
By trying simple, guided meditations, they can learn how to stay calm and happy, no matter how difficult things seem to be.

We offer the following:
Suitable for ages 5-11
Includes simple meditations and a short explanation of how to meditate.
Suitable for age 12 upwards
Includes simple meditations, short teaching and an opportunity to discuss some of the ideas from the teaching and how these might help solve current worries and concerns.
If you are not sure which class your child might benefit from due to their age, please drop us an email to discuss.
Parents are asked to attend the class with their child.

We also offer visits to your school and for your school to visit us. At the moment, some of these activities are on hold or been held virtually but please drop us an email if you would like to discuss further.
Groups and clubs for young people can visit us to find out more about what we do and how the teachings of Buddha can help them in their lives.
