Empowerment of Buddha Vajrapani and teachings on how to develop a strong and confident mind
with Kadam Bridget Heyes.
The 2025 United Kingdom Dharma Celebration will be taking place at Tara International Kadampa Retreat Centre in Derbyshire. Accommodation is available on site or nearby. You can also visit for a day, or attend online.
The UK Dharma Celebration is a special spiritual holiday to come together with practioners from through the UK to improve our spiritual practice through receiving empowerment and teachings, contemplation, meditation and praying together. They give us an opportunity to step away from the busyness of daily life and to make time for our inner spiritual development for a concentrated period of time. In this way we accelerate our meditation practice, deepening our understanding and experience in a relatively short period of time. We also have the opportunity to meet and be part of a diverse community from all walks of life. People of every age and background are welcome to attend the Festivals and no prior experience is necessary.
Buddha Vajrapani is the embodiment of the spiritual power of all the enlightened beings. He can help us pacify all obstacles through the force of spontaneous great bliss.
During this very special UK Dharma Celebration, Kadam Bridget Heyes will grant the blessing empowerment of Buddha Vajrapani.
By receiving this empowerment we make a special connection with Buddha Vajrapani and we receive powerful blessings that heal our mental continuum and awaken our potential for enlightenment.
The Festival will take place in the new Temple for World Peace set in the grounds of Tara International Kadampa Retreat Centre, Derbyshire. It is open to everyone and suitable for all levels of experience.
