Guided Guru Yoga & Mandala Retreat
@ Buddha Land KMC, Keighley
Sun 15 Oct, 9.30am – 4.00pm
In-person & Livestream
Mandala means pure world and in the practice of making mandala offerings we lay the foundation of such a pure world though our imagination.
Our world is not seperate from our mind but is created through our actions inlcuiding our mental actions. Too often we imagine an ordinary, impure world and by doing so trap ourselves with ordinary attitudes and experiences. By disoving our ordinary appearance and imagining a pure world we create special causes for an enlightened reality.
The sessions will be guided by Gen Kelsang Päljin, Resident Teacher of Buddha Land and Burnley Kadampa Buddhist Centres, who is appreciated for offering clear guidance on meditation and living an exemplary, positive life.
