We are introducing a new class, ‘Ask the Teacher’ which provides you with a forum in which you can ask any questions that you haven’t yet found the opportunity to ask. The first of these will take place on Saturday 27 February, in the afternoon. It is free, and you are welcome to join us online, whether you have any questions or not – you may find it interesting to hear the questions of others, and Gen Päljin’s answers.
March brings the start of some new series of classes.
On 1 March we start the series ‘Inner Strength: Overcoming Anger’ (based on the second half of the book ‘How to Solve Our Human Problems’) as the main weekly class with Gen Päljin.
Also, the 5.45pm Monday evening class with Debra Batchelor sees a new set of classes, ‘Basic Buddhist Meditations’ (based on the meditations included in the book ‘How to Understand the Mind’).
You can book here for online classes either on a Pay as You Go basis or using our Monthly Membership Programme which, for £20, offers access to all the classes and a discount on workshops and other courses.
How it works
Once you have booked we will send you a link to join the class. We are using a combination of live streaming and pre-recorded classes using Zoom and YouTube. Bookings for classes need to be made at least one hour in advance (see our Terms and Conditions).
