Create the Life You Want – Understanding Karma
Half Day Course
@ Buddha Land KMC, Keighley
Sunday 6 October, 10am – 1pm
In-person
The law of karma, or actions and their effects explains how our past actions shape our present lives. In today’s meditation course explore Buddha’s teachings on karma. Learn how to apply them, and discover the key to future happiness and permanent freedom from past negativity.
Most of us believe that from good comes good and from bad comes bad, and this, in general, describes karma. Karma means action and refers to how our intentional actions are causes of all our good and bad experiences.
During this workshop we will examine this relationship in detail and understand how we can take control of our own actions and experiences. When we understand karma we can create the future life that we want. In each moment of our life we can put into motion the causes for the future happiness we wish for.
This course is suitable for everyone from complete beginners to experienced meditators.
Refreshments are available in our World Peace Café during the course.
The cost of the Meditation Half Day Course is £15 (Monthly Members £5, FP Monthly Members £0).
Our monthly membership programme offers access to all our weekly classes as well as discounts on courses for only £20 per month – Learn more.
